Return & Exchange Policy

At Abundance: Feel the Power, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

As a newly established small business, we currently accept exchanges only for incorrect sizes, colors, or damaged product(s) sent mistakenly on our part, within 3 days of delivering your order. To facilitate a seamless exchange, an unboxing video is mandatorily required for verification purposes.

Customized Orders : Please note that customized products are not eligible for exchange or return.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizes or colors chosen by the customer. We encourage purchasing a single piece first to evaluate the fit and quality before making bulk purchases, ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products.


Terms & Conditions :

  • Incorrect size, color, or damaged product(s) will be exchanged only after confirmation from our Customer Experience Team. (Terms & Conditions apply).
  • Once the exchange is approved, we will arrange for the reverse pickup, and shipping charges will be covered by us.
  • If your location is outside the service area of our courier partners, we request you to self-ship the product(s). In such cases, we will reimburse up to ₹100 for shipping if the exchange is due to incorrect size, color, or damaged product(s) sent mistakenly by us.

  • Kindly ensure the product(s) are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. Returned items must be unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Tags must remain attached for an exchange to be valid. We cannot accept exchanges for items without tags.
  • For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse exchanges if items appear to have been worn, washed, or soiled.
  • Stationery products, such as tags, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We recommend using Speed Post for returns, as it is a reliable service within India's postal network.

Refund Policy

As a newly launched small business, we accept only prepaid orders and do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment received.


Cancellation Policy

Once a prepaid order is confirmed and finalized, we are unable to cancel the order. We thank you for your understanding.


Important Considerations :

  • Please refer to the size guide before placing your order.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen resolution.
  • Kindly provide a WhatsApp-registered number for timely updates and enhanced shopping experience.
  • If you receive a damaged parcel, incorrect items, or an empty package, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend creating an unboxing video.
  • As always, we suggest purchasing a single item first to ensure satisfaction with our products before placing bulk orders.
